Big Fish facilitated a partnership between Orange and the music ticketing portal gigsandtours.com, providing access to all of the gigs promoted by two of the UK’s leading music promoters – SJM and Metropolis.

The partnership enabled Orange to offer their customers the chance to pre-order tickets to all gigs available on gigsandtours.com, 48 hours before they went on general sale. Orange were also able to offer their customers special VIP packages and free tickets.
Through gigsandtours.com, SJM and Metropolis sell on average 5.5 million tickets per year, nationwide, over a large number of shows. This delivered tremendous scope for involvement by Orange customers across the UK throughout the year.
Gigsandtours.com offers tickets to a broad range of gigs from breaking new acts playing independent venues, to large scale national arena tours with the likes of Take That, JLS, Arctic Monkeys and The Killers. The number and variety of shows available enabled Orange to continuously offer compelling rewards within music to their customers.
